SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
The candidate must possess a full spectrum of professionalism of knowledge, skills, leading and attributes in the arena of business development and branding, sales, and specializes in the Hotel hospitality and those familiar with Golf Industry is added advantage.
The ideal candidate is innovative, flexible, creative, self-motivated, trustworthy, authentic, and is comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment. This is a leadership role which reports to the Head of the Sales & Marketing and will have accountability for the Marketing Communication, E-Business, Revenue and Yield Management.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Manage a portfolio of corporate clients in accordance to industries and Identify target clients from existing to new customer.
· Built long term business relationships with Corporate Clients by providing consistent sales services, telephone sales, visits, follow up on inquiries and rapport building through corporate entertainment.
· Be a Club spokesman in terms of professionalism, through proper grooming, conduct and ability to present the Clubs product and services effectively.
· Present Account Portfolio on a Quarterly basis and analysis on performance of each account.
· Handle inquiries and follow through, Conducts daily sales calls, manage communication within the Club and with clients.
· Manage corporate meetings, corporate banquet event, residents and non-residents meeting groups.
· Familiarization with work process and approval process for rate management of corporate accounts, credit application and etc.
· Maximum revenue from events by promoting Clubs / Resorts products including. restaurants, spas etc. by cross selling / up-selling.
· To undertake any other projects / task as and when assigned by General Manager.
Requirements:
· Tertiary education in Marketing or Brand Management with 5+ years of proven sales and marketing experience in hotels and resorts
· Those with Golf Industry is added advantage
· Excellent business planning skills, analytical and a thinker
· In depth knowledge of revenue and yield management
· Possess a high level of professional integrity
· Impeccable oral and verbal communications and presentation skills
· Preference is given to those who can speak Mandarin and other languages
· Posses Own Transport
· Ready to be based in Rawang, Selangor.
