DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
- To handle full set of accounts, statutory accounts and oversee all related accounting functions.
- To prepare monthly management report, cash flow management, forecast & budgeting; analyse and report variances to facilitate management decision-making.
- To monitor and planning of cash flow position and preparation of cash flow projections for property development projects.
- Responsible for the computation and submission of tax return and other tax matters.
- Responsible for timely preparation of management accounts and financial reports, analyse and report variances to facilitate management decision-making.
- To perform bank account reconciliation and prepare profit and loss, balance sheet, Cash Flow reports as well as to advise management on foreseeable cash flow requirements.
- To review operational procedures and suggest internal controls from time to time for optimum operational level.
- To ensure compliance to all regulation requirements.
- To perform other assignment as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Degree / Professional Certificate in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of experience in doing full set of accounts, reconciliation and reporting. Preferred Property Industry field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MsOffice (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Work location: Setia Alam, Selangor.
