Key responsibilities:
- To be responsible for service-related work for our Medical equipment and maintaining high level of customers satisfaction through providing post-sales technical/functional support to customers.
- To provide after sales service which include installation, commissioning and maintenance of company’s medical devices
- To provide technical consultancy and support to customers
- To respond to customers’ request by troubleshooting problems and take corrective action within targeted timeline
- To constantly develop and upgrade technical skills to provide quality service.
- Effective team working to ensure division and company objectives are achieved.
Requirements:
- Diploma and/or engineering Degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic or equivalent.
- At least 2 years working experience in related field is an added advantage
- Positive and able to work independently as well as a team
- Possess own transport and willing to travel nationwide
- Disciplined, good working attitude and able to work independently
- Motivated and enthusiastic team player
- Possess own transport and willing to travel nationwide
