  1. Provide on-site / phone / email / remote support to the company clients and customers and handle thier complaints or difficulties
  2. Maintain current system and do testing on the new upgrade occasionally
  3. Conducting the research, testing and development on product in IT or Marketing
  4. Support admin job task like pantry food, office inventory, attendance checking, goverment related application or renewal licenses etc.
  5. Willing to travel across Malaysia when needed for onsite visit etc.
  6. Any other tasks assigned by superior.
