DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for providing day to day administration support in site management
- Able to maintain confidentiality at all time with all situation and documentation
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and resources including workers, machinery and equipment on site
- Ensure all site plan document, reports, correspondences are properly filed/stored accordingly for easy retrieval
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior/Management
Job Requirement:
* At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering
* Min 2-3 years of working experience is required for this position
* Strong organizational skill and multi-tasking
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Work independently & self-driven personality
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Must be excellent in Microsoft Office
- Must be willing to travel when required
