Responsibilities
- Provide advice on appropriate aftersales servicing and maintenance requirements to meet customers’ needs
- Coordinate service appointments and scheduling of recalls, warranties, repairs and maintenance
- Monitor job progress to ensure timely delivery and update customers on the repair status
- Manage service documentation (eg repair orders, quotations, invoices, warranty claims, inspection reports) to ensure they are in order
- Act as a key communication link between customers, workshop and parts department
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology with 2 years of relevant experience in motorcycle servicing
- Possess valid class 2 license
- Team Player with high level of initiative and drive
- Able to work under tight timeline
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships
