Purpose of Role
Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products.
- To plan and executive sales strategies to achieve the sales target set by the company management in the assigned market segment.
- Provide feedback and collect field intelligence that could lead to a competitive advantage.
- Support marketing activities such as trade shows, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Interaction with customers to build robust relationship with customers, in order to increase company reputation.
- Understand the marketing trend to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to meet the monthly and annual sales target.
- Assist in planning and manage end to end marketing campaigns from conceptualizing to optimizing targeted market.
- Identify potential markets opportunities through extensive market research and studies for existing and new projects
- Co-operate with internal team in establishing promotions on regular basis to meet deadlines and agreed deliverables.
- Responsible for preparing and monitoring Advertising and Promotion Budget.
- Manage reporting and analysis across campaigns to drive better campaign.
- Creative and passionate for writing and ability to apply skills to various styles/create content.
- Online (social media, e-commerce, website, etc) and offline content creation, copywriting, visual directions and event.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication/Public Relations or equivalent
- Possess social media knowledge is an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position particularly in social media.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Demonstrate good analytical and organizational skills, creative and result-oriented.
- Able to think out of the box, express creatively accustomed to high demands and changing requests
- Able to perform well under high pressure to deliver targets and complete ad-hoc tasks requested by the superior.
