Your duties are but not limited to:
- Carry out ongoing evaluation of existing process steps to maintain the highest quality of our product.
- Coordinate with other staff and external customers to meet the export deadlines and customers’ expectation.
- Liaise with external certification bodies and auditors such as MOH, DVS & HALAL on all quality and manufacturing audits, and to carry out periodical internal audits.
- Develop, maintain, and implement technical and procedural control measures to ensure compliance to the quality standards and regulatory standards including ISO 22000:2005, HALAL, and HACCP system,
- Report to QA Manager to ensure that the FSQM system is functioning properly.
The successful applicants will demonstrate the following attributes /qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance & Hygiene programs such as HACCP & ISO 22000 & HALAL.
- Experience with incident management, standards implementation and completing internal and external audits.
- A minimum 5 years of working experience in food manufacturing industry.
- Must be well versed in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken.
- Able to be self-directed when given new projects and tasks.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
- Good leadership, problem solving & communication skill.

Our premise is also open as a tour destination for the general public and tour groups from interstate and overseas.
