SENIOR / MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (Mechanical Engineer/ Mechatronics Engineer/ R&D Engineer)
Permanent Position
Work Location: Singapore
Our client is a leading organisation specialised in developing Semiconductor machines.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design and develop semiconductor backend machines.
- Responsible for Continuous Improvement Programme (CIP) and engineering field support.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in automation or semiconductor machines.
- Proficient in any 3D design software eg Pro-E, Autocad, Solidworks etc
- Knowledge in FMEA, GD&T, pick & place equipment/ loader is an added advantage
- A good team player with good interpersonal communication skills
