DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
Responsibilities:
- Execute/assist in origination, structuring and execution of corporate proposals such as corporate and capital restructuring, funds raising exercise, initial public offering, merger and acquisition, etc.
- Coordinate and monitor the execution of corporate proposals whilst maintaining good relationships with clients, legal advisors, auditors and relevant authorities for all corporate proposals.
- Perform analysis on the feasibility of the proposals.
- Assist in preparing documents for submission to relevant authorities for corporate proposals.
- Attend to queries from relevant regulatory authorities and coordinate with other professionals.
- Attend to any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Possess relevant years of working experience in investment banking, corporate finance, auditing or any other related field.
- Possess at least a Degree in finance, accounting, law or any other related field. Candidates with professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA would have an added advantage.
- Possess strong analytical skills for market and research data and detailed-oriented in the review of documentation and verification of information.
- Good English writing skills as well as communication skills to liaise with external parties involved in the corporate proposals.
- Ability to work under pressure and for long hours.
- Highly driven, independent, able to multitask and demonstrate good communication and presentation skills.
