Purpose of the Job

Apply technical and customer insights to identify, sell and provide customers with value-adding service and after-sales solutions. May have functional responsibility for supervising junior colleagues and assisting leadership. Work closely with sales colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience

Key Accountabilities

  • Carry out risk assessment before on-site visits.
  • Listen to customers and identify how Grundfos value proposition supports their business needs.
  • Provide customer with solutions comprising service-related products and services to achieve agreed SOFFE (Service Offering) growth.
  • Select service products, prepare, and present quotations to customers.
  • Work closely with sales colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Plan and keep track of all activities and run follow up on sales from quotation to getting the order.

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical with some years of relevant experience
  • Have 2-3 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education
  • Good business insight and commercial selling skill
  • Experience working with business process within the service environment would be a plus
  • Possess good understanding of relevant systems, local laws, and regulations where applicable, for a service environment will be beneficial.
