DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, processing orders, and managing customer accounts
  • Work closely with the sales team and related functions to maximize sales and help meet organization’s business goals.
  • Assist to follow up all leads from marketing activities, identify potential partnerships, and close deals.
  • Participate to conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns.
  • Participate in plan and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote our solution, build our brand awareness, and generate more leads.
  • Assist to lead and coordinate subsidiaries with aligned marketing activities and continuously optimize the activities to reach a better outcome.
  • Assist project manager to liaise with cross-functional team to arrange tasks, and track project status to ensure time delivery of project.

Job requirements:

  •  Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field with at least more than 2 years’ sales experience.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in the use of design platforms (Canva, or Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop)
  • Basic video editing skills (Wondershare, Adobe Premium, 剪映 or any relevant software
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Previous experience working in a similar role would be an added advantage
