• Responsible for handling various sales activities in a retail store, including facilitating purchases and providing customer service
• Engaging customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
• Attend customer inquiries from retail shop online platforms
• Provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems
• Ensure high customer satisfaction from time-to-time
• Assist in stock checking, prepare reports as assigned.

Sunlight has restructure their core business into a multi-brand sports distributor. Our new structure will sharpen our consumer focus to drive continued growth and position the company more competitively in today’s marketplace. At the same year, Sunlight become a distributor for LI-NING. Currently, Sunlight has strives to continue the growth of business and products range. We are that the continuos improvement will bring about renewed opportunities as we bring the company closer to consumers and leverage efficiencies to increase speed-to-market globally.
