Responsibilities and Duties:
- Contracts Executive:
a) Procurement:
- Prepare procurement schedule for subcontractor/supplier.
- Prepare BQ and procurement documents for quotation.
- Tabulate and arrange for negotiation or to clarify with sub-subcontractors/suppliers.
- Prepare recommendations for the award document.
b) Financial:
- Prepare progress payment to the subcontractor.
- Prepare final account with client and subcontractors.
- Effectively maximize project profits.
