DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
1.To prepare, liaise with and follow-up the audit conducted by National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) and other regulatory bodies (such as JAKIM, JKKP) to maintain the company licensing compliance.
2.To oversee, organize and manage the QA/QC department of the plant to ensure that quality of products comply with legal requirements and management objectives.
3.To review and implement changes to QA/QC Department activities where necessary comply with GMP regulations in pertaining to Product Quality, QA & QC Systems, SOP, and procedures.
4.To ensure that in-process quality control system is effective in monitoring the production processes so that final quality of the products meets the customers’ expectation and Product Specification.
5.Responsible for the final release of finished products.
6.Lead the QA/QC department and work closely with operations on troubleshooting product quality issues and process control optimization.
7.To liaise with Purchasing Department on all matters pertaining to the quality of the existing or newly introduced raw material and packaging materials.
8.Responsible for the Product Complaint and Recall.
9.Ensure that all product complaints from customers are being attended and proper corrective actions are being carried out timely.
10.To develop supplier audit programs, lead the supplier audit for existing supplier and participate in new supplier evaluation through site audit, reviewing raw material specification & evaluate the raw material quality.
11.Plan and conduct internal audit for compliance with GMP and HALAL, to guide the QA/QC executive to prepare audit report and follow up corrective action.
12. To provide training to new staff for GMP.
13. To perform any task assigned by management when need arises.

- Have good leadership and interpersonal relation skill
- Work well in a team and possess strong communication skills to interact with and guide others effectively
- Good auditing skills to lead and conduct Internal Quality Audit.
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, tactful, conscientious, keen eye for details
- Adaptable to fast pace environment & is flexible to change
- Willing to put in extra hours to complete tasks & assignments particularly during audit period
