DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
1. Assist the Quality Manager in the implementation, supervision and monitoring on the status of the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System of the Company.
2. To participate in certification audits, customer audit or related activities to achieve ISO accreditation.
3. To carry out Internal Audit on the QMS and EMS implementation minimum once a year.
4. To highlight repeated and unresolved issues related to the QMS and EMS implementation for discussion in the Management Review Meeting.
5. Adhere to best practices, standards and procedure in maintaining and assuring quality and environmental system compliance to Customers’ requirements.
6. Ensure document control are systematically implemented and prepare all types of document and its formats for any ISO and IATF Standards.
7. Responsible on updating and controlling of company document and record over the distribution.
8. Support the goals set (objectives) based on the company’s plans provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
9. Ensure the processes needed for the quality, environmental and occupational health & safety system are established, implemented and maintained including engaging, directing and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the document control system.
10. To implement activities related to Quality Management System, Environmental System and Product Environmental Quality for the company.
Others tasks as and when required by the HOD.
