We are currently seeking an experienced QAQC Inspector to join our high performing delivery team on a 12-months contract. 

You will have a genuine passion for building projects and want to build on your experience and develop further with Lendlease. This dynamic opportunity will be based on the Exchange TRX, Lendlease’s largest integrated development in Asia. 

Key Accountabilities 

  • Conduct inspections of coating projects at various stages of completion to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications. 

  • Review project documentation, including drawings and specifications, to ensure that all requirements are met. 

  • To ensure that all materials delivered to site are conform to the approved specifications and the project’s inspection test plan. 

  • Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion. 

  • Develop and Issue Quality Records such as NCRs and Inspection reports to QA/QC site lead. 

  • Communicate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress and identify any issues or concerns. 

  • Provide guidance and support to contractors to ensure that they are following established procedures and protocols. 

  • Work closely with other members of the project team to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and to the required quality standards. 

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related discipline. May have experience and or/functional knowledge of Construction Industry. 5 to 7 years of experience in project management. Written and verbal communication skills to maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
