Job Description
• Responsible on purchasing requisitions, quotation enquiries, issuance of
purchase order and invoicing.
• Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing materials, price negotiation and
delivery status.
• To gather & update information on materials suppliers
• To key into Stock Control Systems for materials received base on delivery
orders.
• To attach all invoices with the delivery orders & purchase orders before
passing them to the accounts department
• Maintain supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Monitoring stock and prepare inventory reports
• To perform any other tasks as and when required by Management from
time to time
Requirements
At least 2 years (s) of working experience
