Project Director in Education Industry

This Institution is a well known within the education industry and is one of the oldest institutions in Malaysia. They offer many educational courses for students worldwide.With a growing business, they are looking for a project director to help with new projects and refurbishing their old buildings.
Your new role
The Project Director is the internal technical expert who is responsible for project management which include both greenfield and brownfield development projects, strategic asset enhancement initiatives encompassing renovation, refurbishment and repurposing of the existing properties, and any other special projects related to built-environment component within the multifamily portfolio of properties.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Conceptualise, propose and drive strategic initiatives to improve project financial performance
- Ensure projects are commenced and completed within Budget and timeline
- Provide technical expertise and advice to facilities and building-related functions
- Comply with all internal policies, bylaws, building rules and regulations
- Provide leadership direction on industry best practices which are pragmatic and adaptable to our operating environment
- Build high-performing team through effective coaching and leadership by example
