Job Title: Project Assistant
Responsibilities:
– Familiar with the company’s editing business and workflow, maintaining the customer relationships by emails;
– Complete journal manuscript publication；
– Represent the company to visit important customers;
– Represent the company to participate in conference exchange activities as needed by the company/journal;
– Complete other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
– Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree graduate, preferably science and engineering majors (biology, environment, materials, chemistry, mechanical), or English major (business English, translation direction).
– Required language(s): Mandarin, English.
– Work Experience: No experience needed, but priority is given to those with experience in translation, publishing, academic journal editing, or professional editing.
– Job Content: be able to communicate with customers proficiently through email, respond to customer emails promptly, maintain customer relationships, and complete the company’s designated journal annual publication quantity.

– Working hours: 8:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00 (8 hours/day, weekends off).
– Working hours: 9:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00 (8 hours/day, weekends off).
