Job Specification
- Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedule.
- Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion date and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs and production problems.
- Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, quality control measures and arrangement of delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma holders.
- Preferably 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position but fresh Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
- Possess strong analytical skills, responsible and committed.
- Effective interpersonal skills with strong ability to work independently with all levels of Management and employees.
- Computer literate with competency in MSOffice.
