- Well established woodbase products / building material manufacturer (Public Listed)
- Work location at Semenyih
- Basic Salary up to RM8,500
- Candidate who is interested to work as Assistant Production Manager / Production Manager are welcome to apply
Job Responsibilities:
- Role as Production Manager for wood based manufacturing company
- To manage overall production operation & activities
- To lead production teams to achieve productivity KPI
- To manage production capacity and monitor production yield.
- To implement master production schedule , prepare production forecast
- To prepare material requirements planning, manpower planning to meet production target.
- To work closely with maintenance team on facilities ,utilities and machinery maintenance .
- To ensure cleanliness in production and preventive maintenance carried accordingly to schedule and minimize breakdown.
- To ensure production processes accordance with ISO requirements
- To ensure workplace comply workplace safety and health procedure, 5S lean system
- To communicate with inter-department for smooth production operation , better quality control, and best logistics delivery etc
Job Requirement :
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any field.
- Preferably candidate with 8-10 years of working experience with at least 2-3 years working in Managerial position (AM / Manager)
- People management skill /experience will be an added advantages
- Must be willing to work at Semenyih
- 1 Full-Time position(s) available
