Your New Company
You’ll be working for a reputable market-leader within the General Insurer who is looking for Product Development, Assistant Manager. Company highly supported on career progression and offers innovative work environment. Due to the organisational growth and as expansion, they are opening a new headcount for the Product Development team.
Your New Role
You’ll be responsible with product strategy, such as develop and implement product strategies with company goals and identifying growth opportunities. You’ll be required to support the team with market research to identify customer needs and market trends. Besides, you’ll manage the product management such as managing the lifecycle of insurance products, including monitoring performance, analysing data and making recommendations for product improvements.
What you’ll need to succeed
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related disciplines
– Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the Product Development space
– Marketing, customer orientation, and goal-oriented behaviour
