We are looking for an experienced and result-driven community manager to join our awesome marketing team! As a Community Manager at our company, you will be the key person in charge of executing the company’s official community platform. He/she is involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimisation process. He/she is also involved in exploring different blockchain platforms to ensure choosing the best options and customize the marketing strategies based on requirements of each branding/project.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional
- At least 1 years of experience in blockchain marketing
- An in-depth understanding of marketing automation
- Good communication and writing in English and Mandarin is a must.

- Able to multitask & stay organized
- Good team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline heavy environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new content creators with enthusiasm for crypto, web3, and DAOs
- Develop community strategies, and build and lead the execution of scaled creator programs and accelerators for long-term growth
- Build and manage global feed community channels on Telegram, Discord, Reddit
- Quickly develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and users; expand growth channels and traffic, and promote brand activities.
- Select appropriate media according to respective strategic purposes; build rapport with tech, finance, and crypto related media, both traditional and digital.
- Innovate new ways to increase brand awareness and keep up to date on modern marketing trends.
- Coordinate AMAs, webinars and offline events as well as revamp official social channels/ webpage to activate the investor community.
- Provide marketing and PR related value creation support (e.g., marketing plan advisory, media connections, etc.) as needed by portfolio projects.
