Job responsibilities:

  • Sets clear goals and priorities for self that aligns with team priorities.
  • Demonstrates clear understanding of how individual’s role is related to the company’s vision & strategies.
  • Coaching & developing others by minimize removes the obstacles and leverage on resources
  • Looks for ways to improve; involve team members in developing suggestions to improve systems & processes.
  • Intensity relationship with bank’s branches with development of loyalty activities
  • Assisting in the development of sales campaign to ensure the business development
  • Demonstrates ability and confidence to embrace change and adapts new ways of doing things.
  • Responsible for Retail (PFS) & Commercial (BCB) business production for regions under care
  • Work closely with internal & external colleagues to build effective relationships that facilities achievement of results & execute of plans and strategies . Intermediary (between clients & takaful operator) with expect to operational & business development
  • Provide administrative & technical support to branches especially for Commercial Business Unit, Mobile sales teams, PFC & Mortgage Centre

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years in the field
  • Excel, PowerPoint & Microsoft Word
  • Minimum Diploma
  • Knowledge in Financial Industry/Banking/Insurance/Takaful
  • Presentable and good in presentation skills
