Job Descriptions:
- Sets up and operates conventional machining centers.
- Interprets and reads engineering & technical drawings.
- Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors.
- Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out of tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required.
- Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
- Maintain and secure work tools.
- To follow company rules and policies, and practice safety procedure as regulated by the company HSSE management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Machining Operations, Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Experience using one or more of the following tools: lathe, milling machine, drill press, and vertical/horizontal cut off saw.
- Ability to read and interprets engineering & technical drawings.
- Sets up and operates conventional machining centers.
