HOW TO APPLY

A. For non-UiTM staff
i) Applicants are required to purchase a PIN at Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) from 12 to 30 September 2022 using the applicant’s identification card number with a payment of RM10.00 only. Each applicant is only allowed to purchase 1 (one) PIN.
ii) Each applicant is only allowed to apply for ONE (1) advertised position.
iii) Purchase of BSN PIN can be done through:
a) BSN branch counter;
b) BSN ATM; or
c) BSN internet banking at https://www.mybsn.com.my/mybsn/login/login.do
iv) Include ‘UiTM vacancy’ when purchasing a PIN at the BSN counter.
v) Applications must be made by visiting the UiTM website at
http://iapps.uitm.edu.my/epengambilanstaf/ and registering online by just filling in the required information. (Please go to the link given below)
vi) For applications for the position of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Professor/Professor:
a. Applicants with a Master’s degree must have a GPA of 3.00 or higher/Upper Second Class/Mumtaz/Jayyid Jiddan or equivalent at the Bachelor’s and Master’s level (Exception for applicants with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) qualification or equivalent)
b. Preference is given to candidates with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) qualification.
c. Applications for the position of Professor can be made through the Staff eRecruitment system by completing the Associate Professor (if you meet the Ph.D. requirements) and Lecturer (if you meet the Master’s requirements) forms.

B. For UiTM Staff Only
Applications from UiTM staff with permanent and contract status where appointments are made by
Recruitment and Personnel Division, Population Bureau, UiTM Shah Alam should
register through the online application system (online) through i-Staff Portal → eProcess & System
Support → eRecruitment
