Description Primary Objective:

  • To establish close rapport with car dealers, salesmen, and customers to ensure consistent referrals.
  • To drive HP business with the target set
  • Responsible for increasing and developing sales in areas including:
  • Credit Card
  • HP Insurance/Takaful
  • CASA

Key Responsibilities:

  • To establish a close rapport with Business Associates, e.g dealers, and salesmen.
  • Meet and interview customers with high-standard services.
  • To ensure turnaround time and accurate data entry, processing, and updating.
  • Sign agreements & documents
  • Submission for disbursement (Disbursement Request Form) including the creation of credit files.
  • To ensure the targeted group of profiles falls within the Acceptance guidelines for both individual and business entities.
  • Conduct field visit (where applicable)
  • To submit a proposal for new dealer emplacement
  • To drive Ancillary Business and cross-sell other Retail products.
  • Assist in collection activities (e.g. Field visit on hardcore account & collection of loan repayment)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Any related field(s).
  • A high-performance team player and result oriented.
  • Pleasant personality and appearance.
  • Willing to relocate and travel frequently.
  • Sales experience in retail banking products will be added advantage.
