DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
The IT Quality Assurance Testing Team Lead will be responsible for performing regular quality audits based on established standards to ensure quality service to customers are consistently met. The QA Team Lead will facilitate calibration sessions with Team leads to generate timely and accurate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis perform quality analysis and be capable of identifying root causes and corresponding action items to improve and or sustain performance.
We are open to candidates based in Singapore or Johor, Malaysia.
We are unable to offer work visas.
Role and Responsibilities
- Leads and manages the day-to-day activities of QA Engineers and is in charge of all quality aspects of the system testing
- Provide hands-on technical and functional input in the area of continuous testing, monitoring, and continuous delivery across multiple products
- Recommend and evaluate new tools to improve productivity, efficiency and quality
- Assess current framework and testing strategies
- Analyse Business, Functional, Technical and UI (User Interface) project/release requirements
- Assist with defining QA test Protocol and processes
- Develop, maintain, and support post-deployment automated tests
- Mentor junior team members on technical concepts and implementations
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 3-4 years in the capacity of a QA Lead
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Development, or related technical discipline
- Familiar with Agile tools (e.g. JIRA/Confluence/)
- Continuous QA process improvement/re-engineering
- Test Automation skill sets are highly favourable
