- Minimum 4 – 6 years in IT management, projects, process, change or business analysis role in service or vendor based organisation or banks/ financial institutions
- Experience in implementing multiple IT projects in a dynamic and complex environment
- Solid working experience with clear understanding of Consumer Banking
- Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary and matrixed environment
Technical/ Functional skills
- IT Demand Management Practices and Principles
- Cost Benefit Analysis
- IT Infrastructure, Software Development, Access Management and IT Security
- Project Management Life Cycle and Tools, Different SDLC (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and Automated Tools
- End-to-end IT Life Cycle and Project Management (Pipeline, Resource, Demand, Project Delivery, Financial)
- Project Management Quality and Risk Assessment Principles and Processes
- Banking Products, Services, Process and Operating Environment
- Business Process Management, Methods and Tools
