DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong

  1. Responsible to administer IT equipment i.e. Firewall, CCTV, email server, keyphone system, software licensing, etc.
  2. Administer and support LAN/WAN or network configuration, hardware installation, maintenance or application, and other IT infrastructure configuration.
  3. Provide IT support, and troubleshooting for server, network operations and configuration, and database administration.
  4. Assisting end-users to resolve any IT-related problems i.e. hardware, software, or network system
  5. Responsible to plan for routine preventive maintenance for all IT equipment
  6. Perform IT assets and Inventory (hardware and software) management.
  7. Liaise with IT vendors to ensure cost-effective, timely quality service delivery.
  8. Maintains proper historical file backup in accordance with company data retention policy.
  9. Conduct briefing or training to the users on IT equipment usage or any new system implementation
  10. Responsible undertake other IT assignments, and any other ad-hoc tasks or duties when assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or relevant field
  2. Familiar with network management, have excellent computer software and hardware knowledge, be able to quickly judge software and hardware failures, and be able to guide the use of mainstream software and hardware
  3. Familiar with the installation, operation, configuration, and troubleshooting of common operating systems and common software
  4. Prefer proficiency in ERP, MES, WMS, OA, and other information systems
  5. Ability to work under pressure, good team spirit, strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and good communication and presentation skills.
  6. Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking colleagues.
