DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
· Assist Head of Design to review and audit all submission drawings and other documents.
· Coordinate with internal team, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
· Consistent follow up on outstanding works and issues, propose solutions and report to superior.
· To prepare 2D constructions drawings & 3D perspective drawings and colour rendering within stipulated timeline.
· Able to produce and handle all ID Basic Scope Of Works such as Schematic Design, Design Development, Detail Drawing, Material & furniture sourcing.
· Performs any other duty as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design OR Architecture equivalent.
· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the property field is required for this position.
· Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
· Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, MS Word, Ms Excel, Adobe Illustrator and Etc.
· Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
· Good design sense
