JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for receiving and processing land repossession applications for Federal Government, State Government, and Government Agencies projects, supervising the execution of completion and titling works to the Land Revenue Collector or confirming plans prepared by the Survey Department for completion, processing land applications, licenses and temporary occupation permits, engaging in title registration and land affairs, enforcement affairs and other duties as directed.

Malay Language Requirements:

Description of Duties:
- Provide relevant information and plans for use in planning and coordinating the development of infrastructure and utilities and transportation/traffic systems in the city area.
- Provide technical review for permit applications to plan standing buildings, amendments to standing buildings, infrastructure and utility facilities for the city area.
- Prepare site visit plans and reports for applications for construction of telecommunication tower structures and requests for proposals for installation of telecommunication structures on buildings by telecommunication service providers and prepare plans for local officials.
- Responsible for budget coordination in relation to project management, property marketing promotion, budget development and management. Development of a GIS database for planning data as well as a collection of information on the progress of urban planning and development.
