Responsibilities:
- Assist, guide and coach leaders on developing a high performing culture and engaged employee group based on Company’s Purpose and ensures alignment to the Business Code of Conduct, Values and Behaviours.
- Works with leaders to develop and implement strategies for workplace change and reform to deliver improved business outcomes including improved employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Lead and support business transformation and integration.
- Support a continuous improvement culture that consistently drives value and performance improvement.
- Demonstrate leadership and commitment to continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Assist in ensuring teams are aligned to business goals with clear objectives and development plans in place.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Acts, legislation, and standards.
- Performance management support including performance planning and review and career development activities.
- Identification and anticipation of succession planning and talent management programs.
- Workforce planning aligned to future business strategic goals.
- Participate in the development of short and longer-term policies, business objectives and plans.
- Ensure the business meets legal and statutory requirements.
- Delivery of training programs and communications to employees and management
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 8 years Human Resources Management, preferably with experience in similar environment.
- Well-versed in Industrial Relations Law, Employment Act, Trade Union Act as well as other guidelines and code of conduct as prescribed by the relevant authorities.
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of training programs
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to present to small-medium groups eg. Training programs, internal communications, workshops and facilitate meetings.
- Pro-active and able to exercise good judgement when managing diverse stakeholders demand and requirements.
- Demonstrates an ability to problem solve, and drive a continuous improvement culture
