PART TIME WORK FROM HOME RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT- CANBERRA SYDNEY BRISBANE MELBOURNE PERTH

About the Job

We are looking for the next Experienced Recruiter who loves the recruitment industry but needs greater flexibility in their role. Employment Agency Recruiters also typically fit into our structure.

We’ve taken all the stress out of 360 degree. if you’re coming from this industry, you know what I mean. We’ve taken the BD focus away from our recruiters because frankly. we’d rather you fill a position than spend your day making unsolicited calls. We have a Business Development team dedicated to delivering contracts. You can focus on filling them.

Our culture

This one is tough because all recruitment agencies say they have an amazing culture. a “work hard/play hard” culture. That’s true for us, but it’s better explained this way because our business has evolved over time.

We all have families. We have responsibilities towards our families, so our support office team all go home between 4 and 5pm every day. cook dinner, do homework. open a bottle of Vino with our loved ones and talk to our kids.

We celebrate success every chance we get, but we don’t go out on the town together every night. we save it for special occasions and conferences. We are a team and every placement is celebrated! We base our relationship on the real thing! No bullshit and always putting honesty first. For you maybe you should leave at 2.45pm to go to school.

Awards & recognition

Frontline Recruitment Group has 42 agencies across Australia and New Zealand. We work in industry specialties such as Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Construction/Trade & Services in both Executive and Non-Executive areas.

We work in permanent recruitment. not temporary. no out of hours calls or weekend contact required. We have many reward and incentive programs. Covid has canceled our plans to Fiji last year, so this year we are going to Palm Beach QLD, next year to the Whitsundays.

For our 100% work from home/part time roles. we pay a bi-weekly retainer and give you access to our full-time commission structure. There’s no commuting, no phone calls, no reference checking and you’ll receive ongoing administrative support.

Typically our consultants earn between $75k and $200+K working 20 hours/week.

About you

This is not an entry level role. This is not an internship program. We want experienced recruiters who want to be treated like adults, don’t like being micro-managed and want to work in an unconstrained/uninhibited recruitment role. For the position in Canberra, we are open to candidates with a solid sales background but have a desire to break into the recruitment industry.

You may be a stay-at-home parent with a background in Recruitment.

You may need greater flexibility such as working 100% from home, choosing your working hours, working around family commitments but still want to contribute to the family income. You will attend some weekly meetings via Microsoft Teams, otherwise your time is yours.

I should also mention that we are recruiting across Australia… so non-Australians can apply.
