JOB PURPOSE
To develop and enhance retail distribution channels including Tri-Banking network, online platform and optimization of branch network; trading products for multi-assets and multi-markets, and lead the team towards developing long term strategic to grow the retail business.
JOB FUNCTIONS
• Build, optimize and strategize distribution channels (which includes Tri-banking model and digital channel) and multi-asset classes trading products.
• Identify, communicate and prioritize trading products and distribution strategic and initiatives.
• Actively seek for opportunities to establish long term relationships with relevant stakeholders to continue growing our distribution networks and trading products.
• Manage a group of high performing team, identify and hire good talents to grow AHIB’s retail business.
• P&L business owner of digital platform, tri-banking network and trading products.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree/master degree in preferably in finance and business-related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in business development within financial market/retail business/digital space with a strong track record of establishing and implementing strategic and long-term partnerships.
• Result oriented and data driven: Able to make data informed decisions for a strategic partnership. Proven track record of utilizing data in forming innovative and interesting ideas that successfully operationalized into impactful partnership campaign execution.
• Resourceful and creative problem-solving skills. Able to identify great digital and partnership opportunities.
• Commercially focused and an outstanding relationship builder.
• Good business network within financial industry and digital space in Malaysia.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills, stakeholder management skills and negotiation skills.
• Possess emotional intelligence and good people management skills.
