As a Senior Full Stack Developer at AllOn Asia, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining web applications that seamlessly merge Information Technology with Education. Leveraging your extensive experience of over 4 years and expertise in AngularJS, Node.js, PHP, AWS Serverless architecture, and DevOps practices, as well as skills in Ansible, Elastic Beanstalk, and Database Master-Master Replication, you will lead the development of user-centric solutions. You will mentor and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects. Candidates outside KL in the other cities are also welcome to apply and the successful candidate can work from home remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • -Lead the development and maintenance of robust, responsive web applications using AngularJS, Node.js, and PHP.
  • -Design, implement, and oversee AWS Serverless solutions to create scalable and efficient backend services.
  • -Utilize Ansible to automate deployment, configuration, and management tasks.
  • -Implement and manage applications on Elastic Beanstalk for streamlined deployment and scaling.
  • -Design and implement Database Master-Master Replication for data consistency and redundancy.
  • -Collaborate with UI/UX designers to craft visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • -Write well-structured, maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
  • -Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring exceptional performance.
  • -Establish and maintain DevOps practices, enabling continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
  • -Monitor and troubleshoot application performance, promptly addressing any issues.
  • -Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers.
  • -Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, driving innovation within the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. -Over 4 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with advanced proficiency in AngularJS, Node.js, and PHP.
  3. -Strong expertise with AWS services and serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.).
  4. -Proficiency in version control tools such as Git.
  5. -Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
  6. -Solid grasp of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, etc.).
  7. -Familiarity with frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and contemporary JavaScript frameworks.
  8. -Proficiency in Ansible for automation and Elastic Beanstalk for application deployment.
  9. -Experience with Database Master-Master Replication for data consistency and redundancy.
  10. -Outstanding leadership, problem-solving abilities, and effectiveness within collaborative team environments.
  11. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  12. -Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies.
