DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
- To assist the manager with the accuracy and timely completion of all monthly / quarterly financial and annual management reports.
- To assist and ensure all the reports adhere to the accounting standard, rules and regulations, policy and procedures for the Company.
- Assist the manager with the annual group budget and forecast.
- Work closely with other departments or stakeholders to deliver timely and informative reports.
- To assist and review variance analysis report to reflect the realistic performance vs budget and propose actions if needed.
- To assist and complies with all local legislative requirements; where appropriate keep up to date with legislative requirements through membership of industry organizations.
- Assist the manager in minimising tax exposure, restructuring legal entities and developing tax planning.
- Assist and explore finance ERP to improve efficiency.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements: –
- Preferable candidate with a minimum of one (1) year’s experience in relevant analytical and or finance positions at a divisional or corporate level with a minimum of two (2) years of analyst experience will be an advantage.
- Ability to work with various data repositories and extract data.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and work cooperatively and collaboratively with different levels of people.
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from immediate superiors to accomplish objectives.
- Have a flair for numbers, team player, result oriented; aggressively anticipate the impacts of workloads or issues on team timelines.
- Working location: Kepong Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.
Education Requirements: –
- Candidate must possess with a minimum Professional Certificates / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Studies / Economics or equivalent qualifications.
- Candidate with MBA or CPA certification is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
