Job Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsible for preparing full set of accounting including monthly management report with analyst report.
  • Identify, report and resolve accounting related operational issues, discrepancies and abnormal transactions.
  • To ensure accounting records are properly maintained and reconciled.
  • Monitor cash flow management, budgeting, consolidation of accounting information internally.
  • Maintain fixed assets register.
  • Preparing and presenting financial report to management.
  • Work closely with others Department Head to ensure all documents are properly collated for a timely submission.
  • Handling statutory audit, attend to auditor’s query and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prompt submission of weekly, monthly periodical and adhoc reports.
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of report to management.
  • Ensure all transactions and intercompany billings are accurately accounted for and confirmed every month.
  • Analyzing and reporting financial information, Management Accounting Information and Performance measurement to Management.
  • Liaise with external auditors for preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with relevant regulatory regulation requirements for statutory audit, taxation and reporting.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when necessary.

Required experience and skills:

  • Degree in Accounting.
  • Possess strong financial analysis skills, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Matured personality, good team player with commitment to quality work.
  • Knowledge in Sage Accounting software and SQL software will be added advantage.
