DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
1. Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financials business transaction;
2. Compile data and prepare a variety of reports;
3. Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies;
4. Record and reconcile financial information;
5. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation’s for checking accounts;
6. Posting customer payments by recording cash and cheque transactions;
7. Responsible in controlling out going petty cash;
8. Checking procurement and payment;
9. Involved in an investment production;
10. Prepare or update documentations for Board Of Director meeting’s;
11. Key in payment transaction into system;
12. Responsible in banking affairs;
13. Key in transaction to payment voucher into USB system;
14. Responsible for managing internal audits according to audit plans;
15. Carry out duty from time to time as instructed by superior or higher authority.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting/Audit/ Taxation or business related.
