1.Review raw material / finished goods / work in progress summary.
2. Prepare monthly sales analysis.
3. Liaise with customer for payment.
4. Prepare trademark royalty report and make payment to THK RHYTHM Japan.
5. Prepare Development Cost analysis.
6. Tracking warehouse daily transactions and monitoring the cycle count activities.
7. Prepare monthly inventory days report.
8. Conduct yearly & half-yearly inventory count.
9. Responsible for updating standard costing in MRP.
10. Responsible for import duty draw back from Custom of Malaysia.
11. Prepare quarterly surplus and obsolete inventory report for management review.
12. Prepare monthly scrap cost report to management.
13. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
14. Perform any other relevant duties as and when required or directed by superior.
