DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong

As an Operations Executive you will assist the Client Services Team with the smooth and efficient running of internal processes as well as monitoring the output of administrative and customer tasks ensuring deadlines are met and Dedicated Client Services (DCS) maintain a high quality output.

You will work alongside our client services team and your responsibilities will include, however will not be limited to:

Check team activity by monitoring all the admin/data reports maintained to ensure that company best practice is upheld at all times
Complete agreed tasks to support the Account Manager or field team or customer. Account Manager (Client Service Team) are responsible for client communication. However, you will be required to complete in-house customer queries to support the teams
Inspire and support the team members through regular communication to foster strong working relationships to boost team morale and spirit

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following skills/experience:

Professional written / verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and forward plan to meet deadlines
Fully competent in using Microsoft Office / Google Docs

Responsibilities

· Follow up on the concepts and proposals approved by clients and put them into reality.

· Assist Account Manger (client service team) to source for materials to obtain cost-effective prices from suppliers.

· Apply for licences, permits required with the relevant authorities.

· Coordinate and manage the set-up and production of the event on site, ensuring the delivery of a high quality event.

· Plan, propose and align work for every event with Account Manager.

· Assist Client service team to supervise and manage all suppliers and contractors working on location.

· Ensure a smooth operation throughout each event.

· Required to work closely with the members of the team to collectively produce a successful event.

· To handle multiple projects from entry level to mega huge events.
