Job Description
• Able to manage all pre-event, during event and post-event planning and operation.
• Able to recruit and coordinate part timer or manpower for event.
• Good organization and planning skills.
• Good in work independently and as part of the team (teamwork).
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
• Coordinate event logistics to ensure all equipment and materials needed to run the event are transported to the venues.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Willing to work overtime,on weekend and public holiday.
• Trainings for PT working at events.
• Liaising between internal and external parties to source, coordinate and ensure that the event goes smoothly.
• Good communication & coordination with customer & supplier during event setup.
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment process starting from sourcing candidates until the exit procedures; and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.
• Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirements and HR policies such as employment contract, termination, policy, and etc.
• Performs HR operational tasks that include personnel data administration, organization data maintenance, time & attendance data administration, leave management and process monthly claims reimbursement.
• Provide support and advices employees on HR related matters where needed.
• Prepare All types of Letter or any Human Resource related documents for all positions.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training is provided.
