Job Description:

  1. Manage, plan, and execute the e-commerce (www.publicwatch.com) and marketplace (Tiktok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, etc).
  2. Create engaging & creative content on all social media platforms (such as Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, etc.) to maintain our digital presence and brand awareness as well as improve user engagement.
  3. Work as a team to develop, conceptualize, plan, and execute both offline and online marketing campaigns and events for all platforms.
  4. Brainstorm new and creative marketing growth strategies.
  5. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  6. Improve customer interface and experience for all platforms for internal customers and external customers.
  7. Highly sensitive and adaptive towards the latest social media / digital trends in the market for marketing strategies planning, content creation, and driving positive engagement with followers.
  8. Explore new ways to formulate creative ideas or content for social media marketing campaigns/goals.
  9. Work closely with stakeholders in creating promotional / marketing/advertisement / graphic materials, including blogs, marketing content, video or multimedia elements, event/exhibitions, etc.
  10. Analyse, monitor, and measure platform performance, marketing activity effectiveness, the competitive landscape, etc., offering recommendations for improvement and future planning.
  11. Manage end-to-end Corporate sales
  12. Duty for roadshows and events
  13. Any miscellaneous job-related duties or special requests as assigned by the manager.


  1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Commerce, Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
  2. A can-do attitude is a must.
  3. He/she has good and pleasant communication skills.
  4. Ability to analyse data and develop marketing strategy and networking.
  5. Self-motivated to explore new tools (technologies), applications, and environments.
  6. Good command of language (both spoken & written) in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  7. Work on weekends / public holidays when required
  8. Preferably 1-year experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Training will be provided).
