Job Descriptions:
1. Develop custom marketing and advertising strategies / brand initiatives.
2. Plan and make decisions on the budgets for upholding and promoting company brand awareness.
3. Liaise and develop strategic partnership with external marketing agencies and other key stakeholders to design and develop creative marketing strategy, propaganda, slogan, and manage day to day brand operation either online or offline for maintaining brand consistency .
4. Oversee, monitor and conduct periodic market and brand trends analysis, customers behaviour and competitor activity in order to adopt market changes.
5. Invest creative ideas into product marketing campaigns implementation to attract markets.
6. Manage the assigned brand’s new product launch assessment and deployment in the local market, including P&L, pricing, place and positioning.
7. Lead sales team to implement and execute strategies in the marketplace and monitor the performance of the support plans.
Requirements:
1. Possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or other equivalent.
2. At least 2-5 year(s) working experience in brand management.
3. Fluent in both written and verbal in both English and Mandarin will be a bonus.
4. Creative and analytical thinking.
5. Ability to drive innovation and brand growth.
6. Able to start work immediately or report to duty in a short period will be priority considered.
