Duties and Responsibilities / Job Description :
1. Strong in Digital Marketing such as Social Marketing, SEO/SEM (keyword, image optimization etc.), Google AdWords, Google Analytics.
2. Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness.
3. Plan, execute and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
4. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
5. Collaborate with designers to improve user experience and maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
6. Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.).
7. Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
8. To make viable decision by conducting survey, market analysis and research to direct marketing planning and strategy.
9. Assist to explore Business Development to new market/countries.
10.To cooperate with sales department on the execution of marketing programs.
11.To ensure the implementation of the designated programs achieve the sales and marketing objectives.
12.Any other duties/tasks as may be assigned by the Superiors and when needed.
13.Have experience in e-commerce marketplaces such as Shopee & Lazada would be an advantage.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business / Marketing / Management / Mass Communication or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2-3 years working experience.
3. Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
4. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
6. Good written and communication skills in English, Bahasa & Chi-nese (Additional language skills would be an advantage)
7. Developed problem solving skills.
8. Ability to work independently with limited supervision and no more than general directions.
9. Ability to handle multiple priorities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
