DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong

Job Scope: 

  1. Develop reasonable operational plans based on the needs of local merchants, provide support on administration and customer care and promote services towards increasing transaction volume.
  2. Provide Assist and support on Company / Business Development on launching progress and execution
  3. Promptly handle and follow up on merchant and user issues and complaints to improve satisfaction.
  4. Regularly review and analyze merchant operational data and effectiveness, and provide optimization recommendations.
  5. Quickly familiarize oneself with the product and its features, and provide regular training and support to merchants and channels
  6. Collect and share Industrial and Market Intelligence for guided and operation business undertaking 
  7. Provide assist in common office admin duties
  8. Other adhoc task as per Management

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Mandarin to understand the business product is necessary for this role.
  • STPM/ Diploma in related Business or its related field
  • Need to change this to 1 year working experience or fresh graduates
  • Strong Service Oriented mindset with ability to handle customer relations, negotiations and problem solving
  • Proactive and cross functional collaboration abilities
  • Familiar with online business trend, F&B, Tourism Industry is an added advantage
