DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of internal and client-based marketing and sales projects
  • Promoting the company’s existing B2C products and introducing new products to the market.
  • Communicate and work across departments to create a product delivery roadmap and ensure branding consistency
  • Develop marketing project timelines and sales targets
  • Manage departmental resources according to project needs and sales targets
  • Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends and reporting the data collected to the COO/CEO

Requirements

  •  An excellent leader with a cheerful positive character who is tactful with diplomacy and professional discretion
  • Diploma or Degree (or higher) in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
  • 4 years of experience in Marketing and Sales or related fields
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Canva and other presentation or marketing tools
  • Proficient in social marketing tools such as but not limited to LinkedIn, TickTok, Instagram, Twitter or Facebook is required
  • In-depth knowledge of basic marketing procedures as well as technical vocabulary of IT industry
  • Familiarity with basic research methods, data analysis and reporting techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • High degree of multi-tasking.
  • Outstanding English communication skills and negotiation abilities, oral and written
