Fresh Graduate Program hiring in Huawei Malaysia is ongoing. This program offers outstanding local talents fixed-term contracts for an accelerated career, to boost their career while participating in multiple countries’ ICT development.

Job Description
- Be responsible for service request reception, entitlement check, registration, and distribution.
- Daily inbound and outbound calls and ticket handling on the eCare system.
- Routine follow-up calls and emails on the status of the ticket to the customer.
- Carry out service satisfaction surveys, record customer comments and test calls on a regular basis.
- Handle Live chats timely
- Able to work on Night and Day shifts on a rotation basis.
Candidate Requirement
- Candidate MUST possess a Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have good patience when handling customer complaints.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional with a positive self-image and good attitude.
- Willing to work long hours and on shifts when required.
- Basic knowledge in handling Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and Microsoft Outlook Email programs.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential in this role.
