OUJI SEIYAKU (M) SDN. BHD. Is part of the Whealthfields Group. The parent company has established for more than 22 years in China. The business has now expanded across all SEA and Oceania, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Japan and Dubai.

Our company is a manufacturer of daily and cosmetic products. We manufacture over 1,000 daily households under 12 categories. Our products include Walch*German technology laundry detergent, wet wipes, sanitizer, Japan technology 3-1 pods/capsules (KA, ArFum & Fresh HY).

The Corporate Sales Manager is tasks to seek for new corporate clients to increase the market share of the company’s products. This person will be the front liner of the company and will be the image of the company in the eyes of potential leads and the market. The ideal candidate will be someone who are professional, persistent, outgoing and capable working under stressful environment.

Job Description

  • Develop and build corporate accounts on off-trade, HORECA and B2B channels
  • Management of corporate roadshow team to create brand penetration and Direct-To-Consumers to sell out
  • Develop sales strategies to generate optimal revenue and brand penetration and conversion to market
  • Identify NPD and special packs opportunity in catering to unique market and customer needs
  • Collaborating with marketing & R&D team in product development
  • P&L management of channel and accounts in meeting optimal GP and ROI

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent in a relevant business-related field.
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience with at least 1 year exposure in corporate sales management preferably from FMCG or retail background.
  • Experience of creating change, challenging the status quo, establishing a product category or brand with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Have sales planning, sales management, strategic planning, budgeting, designing sales comm., cost management experience & knowledge.
  • Process oriented and problem resolution skills coupled with strong customer service skills.
  • Good interpersonal & organization skills. Good time management & has strong follow through abilities.
  • Result oriented and hungry enough to achieve higher sales target.
  • Possess a positive attitude, high level of commitment and hardworking.
